Qualifications
I have a fair amount of experience as a translator, having worked as a freelancer since 2005. My qualifications are listed in my ProZ.com profile and on my CV. My forte is translating Icelandic into English. My main field of vocabulary expertise is everything pertaining to computers, digital hardware, information technology and academic jargon in the humanities, but I can translate almost any non-technical text, including prose fiction.

Rates
I charge between USD 0.05 and USD 0.20 per word of source text to be translated, depending on magnitude, deadline and other relevant factors. My minimum charge per job is USD 40. I accept payment via PayPal or (preferably) bank transfer.
