Qualifications
I have considerable experience as a translator, having worked intermittently as a freelance translator since 2004. My qualifications as a translator are listed in my ProZ.com profile and on my Curriculum Vitae. My forte is Icelandic to English translation. My main field of vocabulary expertise is everything pertaining to computers, digital hardware and information technology, but I can translate text of any kind, including prose fiction.

Rates
I charge between USD 0.10 and USD 0.20 per word of source text to be translated, depending on magnitude, deadline and other relevant factors. My minimum charge per job is USD 40. I prefer to be paid by a cheque in the mail, but I also accept PayPal or bank transfer.
